Direct Support Professionals
Support individuals with daily living skills, communication, routines, and community activities.
Residential Staff
Provide care and assistance within group homes.
Day Support Staff

Community Coaches
Support individuals in community settings and guide independence.
What We Look For
We welcome individuals who are patient, reliable, and ready to learn. Experience is helpful but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Background check
- CPR and First Aid certification
- TB screening
Training & Support
New staff are never left alone to figure things out. Supervisors offer guidance and encouragement, and team members help each other.
